Day of Museums

Last week I took G and his friend Wyatt for a day of museums .....

hmmm, I wonder where we went?

First to the Basketball History/Hall of fame ....

They compared their hands to the great players in KU Basketball History

Then we 'snuck' into see the real part of Allen Fieldhouse. G ran the court before we 'snuck' back out!

Then on to the Museum of Natural History...

They had fun working on their scavenger hunt in the museum!

AR fieldtrip

G earned points by reading books and was able to turn those point in for a field trip. I field trip to the NCAA Big 12 Woman's tournament.

the fun part was there was a player that had graduated just last year from G's little town. That made our trip all the better plus 'She' was the top scorer and they won!

Basketball Season Ends

Grandma and Grandpa came to cheer on the G's team in the Tournament last weekend.
G's team ended their season in 3rd place.

There was cutting, sanding and painting .....

it consumed our lives and the table for awhile.....

G's assignment was to make cookies....

G didn't finish at the top ... but he had fun.

G's school are all published authors!
They wrote books, they were bound.

Then they all got together to read their books to each other.
The Books will be in the school library
until they move to another school.
